Question:
Why does this credit card not work, when I know it is a good card?
Answer:
There are several reasons
you may be having trouble with your credit card:
- Different Billing Address - You may be unable to
use your credit card if
the address at which you receive your monthly billing statement does not
exactly match the address which you entered when trying to use it at
Just High Heels. Check your credit card statement for an exact match, and then
try using your credit card again. The error will come up as "AVS
Mismatch".
- Click here if you would like to
place an order with a money order.
- Mistyped Credit Card Number
- Everybody is in a hurry these days, slow down and verify the right number
is entered. Remember, no dashes or spaces when entering your credit
card number.
- Expired Credit Card -
Sorry we can not help you with this one, talk to your credit card company.
- Card Verification
Number incorrect - See here for an explanation as to what this
is, and how it works. Error
will say card has been "Declined".
When your order
goes through on the top of the page it will say "Your
order has successfully went through".
If you enter a correct email address you will receive a
confirmation email within a few minutes.
If you still have trouble
- Try another card
- You may not be able to use that credit card. You may want to try
to use a different credit card.
