Answer: Absolutely! We want you to be totally satisfied with your shoes. You may request a refund for up to 5 days after you receive your order. To return an item, you must first contact us. Our customer service department will email you back within 96 hours. We will email you all the information you need as to where to return the item and your RMA#. We will NOT accept returned merchandise that has not been previously approved...all unapproved returns will be returned to sender at their cost. We must receive your return within 10 Business Days after we respond with your RMA#. That gives you 2 weeks to get it to us Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee. We recommend that you send your return insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. If YOU damage any item we cannot accept it for a return. Shoes / Boots and shoebox must be in 100% resalable condition. They must be unworn and unscuffed. When trying them on for the first time do this on carpet so not to scuff up the bottom of the shoes. Please read our tips on getting the right size if you are unsure. When returning an item, the United States Postal Service will provide a free box if you ship it Priority Mail. 6% of the total will be charged for cancelled orders.
