Returns Request
You may request a refund
for up to 5 days after you receive your order. To
return an item, you must fill out the form below. Our
customer service department will email you back within
96 hours. We will
email you all the information you need as to where to return the item
and your RMA#. We will not accept returned merchandise
that has not been previously approved... all unapproved
returns will be returned to sender at their cost. You
must write your RMA# on the outside of your package. We
must receive your return within 10 Business Days after
we respond with your RMA#. That gives you 2 weeks to get
it to us Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable and
there is a 15% restocking fee. We recommend that you
send your return insured. We are not responsible for
lost or stolen merchandise. If YOU damage any item we
cannot accept it for a return. Shoes/Boots must be in
100% resalable condition as well as the shoe box. Do
not put tape or write on the box. Damaged shoes box fee
is $5, boot box fee is $10.
